I stand apart from the rest as I offer flat-rate pricing based on number of bedrooms in the unit or home, not hourly rate!

So whether the home takes 3 hours to clean or 13 hours, you're paying the same price while receiving the same great quality!

Typical turn around from time of being assigned the clean to turning the keys over to you as ready is about 2-3 days. We're available after hours and on weekends.

In the years I've been doing this, I've almost seen it all! So while I am able to handle any clean sent my way, sometimes the unit needs a prep before Maintenance can do any fixes.

For that, I do offer a pre-Maintenance clean to get the unit ready for them to do their work, and then a reduced rate for when the work is over and the unit needs a finishing clean.

For the extreme cleans that are well beyond the normal state of dirty, there are HazMat fees that range between $50-75 and these are communicated before any clean starts.
